البائع ومشغل المتجر هو «عبق بيروت»، المسجل في دولة الكويت، سجل تجاري رقم 548988، وترخيص رقم 2026/10346.

حاليًا، تتم عمليات البيع والتوصيل داخل دولة الكويت فقط. ويجوز لعبق بيروت مستقبلاً توسيع نطاق البيع أو التوصيل إلى دول أخرى وفقًا لما يتم الإعلان عنه في الموقع.
2. Sales Territory
Currently, sales and delivery are available within the State of Kuwait only. Abq Beirut may expand its sales or delivery territory to other countries in the future, subject to the terms announced on the website.
3. الأسعار
جميع الأسعار المعروضة في الموقع بالدينار الكويتي، ويظهر للعميل إجمالي قيمة المنتجات ورسوم التوصيل المستحقة قبل إتمام الدفع. رسوم التوصيل الحالية داخل الكويت هي 1.750 د.ك.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD). The customer will be shown the total product value and applicable delivery charges before completing payment. The current delivery fee within Kuwait is KWD 1.750.
4. الطلب والدفع
يتم تأكيد الطلب بعد إتمام عملية الدفع بنجاح من خلال وسائل الدفع المتاحة في الموقع. تتم معالجة بيانات الدفع من خلال مزود خدمة الدفع الإلكتروني المعتمد، ولا تحتفظ عبق بيروت ببيانات بطاقات الدفع الخاصة بالعملاء.
4. Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed after successful payment through the payment methods available on the website. Payment information is processed through the approved electronic payment service provider, and Abq Beirut does not retain customers’ payment card details.
5. الحد الأدنى للطلب عبر واتساب
في حال إجراء الطلب من خلال واتساب، فإن الحد الأدنى للطلب هو 10 د.ك، وذلك وفق آلية الدفع المتاحة عبر هذا القناة.
5. Minimum WhatsApp Order
For orders placed through WhatsApp, the minimum order value is KWD 10, based on the payment process available through this channel.
6. طبيعة المنتجات والاستخدام
منتجات عبق بيروت طبيعية ومخصصة للاستخدام الخارجي فقط. لا تقدم عبق بيروت أي ادعاءات بأن منتجاتها تعالج أو تشفي أي مرض أو حالة صحية.
ينبغي حفظ المنتجات بعيدًا عن الحرارة وأشعة الشمس المباشرة، وتجنب ملامستها للعينين. وينبغي للعميل الاطلاع على مكونات المنتج والتأكد من عدم وجود حساسية تجاه أي منها قبل الاستخدام.
6. Product Nature and Use
Abq Beirut products are natural and intended for external use only. Abq beirut does not make any claim that its products treat or cure any disease or medical condition.
Products should be stored away from heat and direct sunlight, and contact with the eyes should be avoided. Customers should review the product ingredients and ensure that they have no known sensitivity or allergy to any of them before use.
7. مسؤولية بيانات الطلب
يتحمل العميل مسؤولية التأكد من صحة البيانات التي يقدمها عند إتمام الطلب، بما في ذلك الاسم ورقم الهاتف والعنوان ومعلومات التوصيل.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided when placing an order is accurate, including the name, telephone number, address, and delivery information.

Abq Beirut reserves the right to modify prices, promotions, or products displayed on the website at any time. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for, except where otherwise permitted or required by law.
10. القانون والاختصاص القضائي
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام للقوانين والأنظمة النافذة في دولة الكويت. وتختص المحاكم الكويتية بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عن استخدام الموقع أو شراء المنتجات، مع عدم الإخلال بأي حقوق أو ضمانات إلزامية مقررة للمستهلك بموجب القانون الكويتي.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations in force in the State of Kuwait. The Kuwaiti courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of the website or the purchase of products, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or protections granted to consumers under Kuwaiti law.
